Creative Operations Manager
After identifying skill gaps in my new role, I created a training plan and collaborated with the Vice President of Creative and another senior designer to launch bi-monthly training sessions for the creative team.
The sessions, aimed at enhancing industry skills and team cohesion, cover topics like public speaking, design thinking, and tools like PowerPoint and the Adobe Creative Suite, while catering to professionals of all levels. Led by our creative and company leads and ourselves, these sessions are interactive and participatory, ensuring engagement from all participants, including remote employees.
Two years later, attendance remains over 75%, with no session repeated. The program has expanded beyond our department, and I've transitioned to a more strategic role as the team grows.
