Throughout my time working in the events industry, I honed several skills that have made me grow from a senior designer to a lead designer and project manager:
I developed and conceptualized creative themes and event concepts tailored to client objectives and audience preferences within the event space. I led brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams to generate innovative ideas and designs for various events.
I collaborated closely with clients, ensuring to understand their vision, requirements, and brand identity, seamlessly integrating them into event concepts. Additionally, I established and managed relationships with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and services required.
As I progressed in this role, I was given more responsibilities. I art directed and approved creative deliverables to ensure they met quality standards, client expectations, and project deadlines, providing mentorship and support to team members fostered a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Throughout my current role, I manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project objectives. In my free time, I go above and beyond with projects that revolve around the operations of our department to improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration.
