Stretch Role: Creative Operations Manager
I noticed that each department had its own project management system, causing confusion and difficulty in finding information and assets.
To address this, I took initiative and designed a unified system for the Marketing Department, where anyone could create a project card, tag relevant teams, and create to-dos. Tagged team members could update the card, ensuring everyone stayed aligned on conversations, content, assets, and feedback.
I designed the system to be user-friendly for non-designers while keeping designers in mind, and made it scalable to support the department's growth.
